1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The website operates according to the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions define the types and scope of services provided electronically by the website www.hmillers.com, the rules for providing these services, the terms and conditions for concluding and terminating contracts for the provision of electronic services, as well as the complaint procedure.

  5. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of law shall apply.

    3. The Civil Code Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended) and other relevant provisions of Polish law.

2. DEFINITIONS

  1. CONTACT FORM – a form available at www.hmillers.com enabling the Service Recipient to contact the Service Provider directly.
  2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS – these terms and conditions of the Website.

  4. SERVICE RECIPIENT – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, which is granted legal capacity by law and uses the Electronic Service
  5. ELECTRONIC SERVICE – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the Service Recipient via the Website.

3. TYPE AND SCOPE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES

  1. The Service Provider enables the use of Electronic Services via the Website, such as:
    1. using the Contact Form,
  2. The provision of Electronic Services to Service Recipients is subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Regulations.

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION AND CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENTS FOR THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES

  1. The provision of Electronic Services specified in Chapter III, point 1 of the Terms and Conditions by the Service Provider is free of charge.
  2. Term for which the agreement is concluded:
    1. The agreement for the provision of Electronic Services consisting in enabling the sending of messages via the Contact Form is concluded for a fixed period and is terminated upon sending a message or ceasing to send messages by the Service Recipient.
  3. Technical requirements necessary for cooperation with the ICT system used by the Service Provider:
    1. computer with Internet access,
    2. access to email,
    3. web browser,
    4. enabling cookies and JavaScript in your web browser.
  4. The Service Recipient is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with the law and good manners, respecting the personal rights and intellectual property rights of third parties.
  5. The service recipient is obliged to enter data that is consistent with the actual state of affairs.
  6. The service recipient is prohibited from providing illegal content.

5. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

  1. Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider:

    2. In the above email, please provide as much information and details as possible regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the irregularity and your contact details. The information provided will significantly facilitate and speed up the processing of the complaint by the Service Provider.
    3. The Service Provider shall consider the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 days.
    4. The Service Provider’s response to the complaint shall be sent to the Service Recipient’s email address provided in the complaint form or in another manner specified by the Service Recipient.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. All content posted on the website at www.hmillers.com is protected by copyright and is the property of www.hmillers.com. The Service Recipient bears full responsibility for any damage caused to the Service Provider as a result of using any content from the website www.hmillers.com without the Service Provider’s consent.
  2. Jakiekolwiek wykorzystanie przez kogokolwiek, bez wyraźnej pisemnej zgody Usługodawcy, któregokolwiek z elementów składających się na treść oraz zawartość strony www.hmillers.com stanowi naruszenie prawa autorskiego przysługującego Usługodawcy i skutkuje odpowiedzialnością cywilnoprawną oraz karną.

7. Right to withdraw from the contract

  1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
