The competition takes place on the Instagram platform, on the profile: @house_of_millers.
The competition runs from the date of publication of the competition post until December 26, 2025, 11:59 PM.
7.1 The winner will be selected by the Organizer based on the creativity of the entry, as assessed by the Organizer.
7.2 The winner will be identified in the competition post and on Instagram after the competition ends, by December 31, 2025.
7.3 The Organizer reserves the right to invalidate any entry for violations of the Instagram Terms and Conditions.
8.1 Miller’s is the controller of participants’ personal data.
8.2 Data is processed solely for the purpose of conducting the competition and issuing the prize.
The legal basis for data processing is the participant’s consent (Article 6, Section 1, Letter a of the GDPR), which they express by participating in the competition.
8.3 Participants have the right to: access their data, correct it, delete it after the competition ends, restrict its processing, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
9.1 The competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
9.2 The Organizer reserves the right to amend the rules in exceptional circumstances.
9.3 The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues related to the Instagram platform or for content submitted by participants.
