A consumer who has concluded a distance contract has the right to withdraw from it without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of taking possession of the goods by the consumer or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier.
To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Consumer should inform the Seller of their decision by submitting an unambiguous statement (e.g., in the form of a letter sent by post, fax, or email). The Consumer may use the model withdrawal form attached to these rules, but this is not mandatory.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller shall refund the Consumer all payments received from them, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by the Consumer other than the cheapest standard method of delivery offered by the Seller), immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which the Seller was informed of the Consumer’s decision to exercise their right to withdraw from the contract.
The refund shall be made using the same payment methods as those used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer agrees to a different solution. In any case, the Consumer shall not incur any fees in connection with this refund.
